Hartselle Police Chief Ron Puckett said his department is still looking for a 17-year-old girl who was reported missing Sept. 7.

However, he added that his department received information that Stephanie Nicole Young could be with her father in Moulton.

“It’s possible that she may be with her dad, but we haven’t been able to verify that,” Puckett said. “Right now, she is still listed as missing. To my knowledge, we haven’t located her yet.”

Young was last seen in Hartselle on Sept. 7.  She is believed to be in the Decatur-Hartselle area.  Young is a white female, approximately 5-8, 110 pounds, blonde hair with pink bangs and blue eyes.
