Holt starts for North All-Stars

Hartselle’s Baylee Holt started both games for the North All-Stars during the AHSAA North-South All-Star softball doubleheader Tuesday night at Lagoon Park.

Holt started at second base and later moved to shortstop in each game. She recorded two putouts and two assists with no errors in the first game, which ended in a 0-0 tie with only six hits recorded between the two teams.

In game two, she recorded two more putouts and didn’t commit an error. The South won the second game 7-5.
