Johnson, Aultman exchange vows

Carrie Elizabeth Johnson of Hartselle and Jonathan Blake Aultman of Birmingham were wed June 2, 2012, at 7 p.m. at Stonebridge Farm Chapel in Cullman with Tom Richter of Queens, New York officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. William Johnson Jr. of Hartselle. She is the granddaughter of the late Hershel and Katie White of Crane Hill and the late William and Thelma Johnson of Louisville, Miss.

The groom is the son of Curtis and Linda Aultman of Sumrall, Miss. He is the grandson of the late Beura and Marie Stringer and the late Eugene and Rose Lee Aultman.

The bride was given in marriage by her father, William (Bo) Johnson.

The church was decorated with urns containing white hydrangeas with white, blue and lavender flowers on stands made by the bride’s father. The cross was draped in lavender and lanterns lit the bridal aisle. Candles were in the windows of the chapel.

The bride’s chapel length train gown was lace over charmeause with beaded soutache and organza by Galina Signature. The cathedral length bridal veil was adorned with pearls and alencon lace edges. Her shoes were blue satin and her bouquet was white anemones.

The maid of honor was Tonya Arnold of Hartselle.

Attendants were Clarke Bearde of Union Hill; Carmen Mitchell of Hartselle; Hollye Raines of Hartselle; Jackie Richter of Queens, NY; Chelsea Sanderson of Valdosta, GA.

The attendants’ dresses were knee length royal blue chiffon dresses, They carried a mix of blue and purple flowers with green hosta leaves.

Flower girl was Katie Richter.
