Louise Welborn

Funeral for Louise Welborn, 90, of Decatur will be Tues., Nov. 6, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Royce Shelton officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Alexander-Welborn Cemetery in Lawrence County. Visitation will be Tues., Nov. 6, from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Welborn died Sun., Nov. 4, 2012, at Decatur Health & Rehab Center. She was born Sept. 19, 1922, in Lawrence County to Alfred Cheatham and Delphie Sterling Cheatham. She was a former plant manager for the Moulton Shirt Factory. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Rayford Welborn and her parents.

She is survived by a son, Don Welborn and wife Reba of Hartselle; a sister, Marie Moore of Decatur; a grandchild; and six great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
