State Rep. Jeremy Oden, R-Eva, has been recognized as the 2012 House of Representatives Leader of the Year by the Alabama Association of Resource, Conservation and Development (AARCD) Councils and the 2012 Outstanding Elected Official by the Alabama Mountains Rivers Valleys RC&D during the AMRV annual meeting recently held at Guntersville State Park.
