Beefy Enchilada Casserole
2 pounds ground beef
2 tsp. chili powder
1 can green chilies (chopped)
1 can cream of mushroom
I can cream of chicken
1 can of salsa (mild)
10 tortillas flour)
2 cups cheese
Brown ground beef and drain, add chili powder and green chilies to meat mixture; in different bowl, mix cans of cream of mushroom, cream of chicken and salsa; add 1 1/2 cups of soup mix to the beef mixture. Layer tortillas, let them lap over each other (I used 4 large). Add ground beef first and add soup mix. Then repeat this step again (tortillas, beef and soup). At the very top of the casserole put the 2 cups of shredded cheese. You can use any kind of cheese you prefer. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees (It will get light and bubbly).
