Peggy’s Surprise

(Santa Fe Soup)

2 pounds ground chuck

1 large onion chopped

2 packages Hidden Valley dressing mix

2 packages Taco seasoning mix

1 large can of Rotel

1 large can diced tomatoes

1 can pinto beans

1 can Northern beans

1 can kidney beans

2 cans whole shoe peg corn (drained)

Brown ground chuck with onions; drain; mix rest of ingredients; put in crock pot and cook for about two hours.

Service with corn chips, shredded cheese and sour cream
