T-Bone Steak and Mushrooms

1 T-bone steak


1/4 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

3/4 cup soy sauce

2 tsp. Dijon mustard

2 tsp. garlic powder

pepper to taste


Mix olive oil, vinegar,Worcestershire, soy sauce, mustard. garlic powder. salt and pepper. Mix ingredients well and pour over steak. For the best taste. Let the steak marinade for at least two hours. After marinating, place the steak on the grill.


Slice mushrooms and place then in a skillet. Add chicken broth and cook until tender.
