Aline Ward White

Funeral for Aline E. White, 92, of Hartselle was Wed., Nov. 21, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Forrest Long officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.

Mrs. White died on Mon., Nov. 19, 2012, at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born March 29, 1920, in Morgan County to William Leldon “Sam” Ward and Nannie Odelene (Montgomery) Ward. Mrs. White was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Alfred White; a son, Wayne White; two brothers, Hilton and Wilbern Ward; two sisters, Pearl Baker and Reba Stinson; her parents; and a son-in-law, Bobby W. Collins.

She is survived by a son, Darrel White of Hartselle; a daughter, Kaytreen Collins of Hartselle; two brothers, Haskel “Hack” Ward and Hulan “Boot” Ward, both of Hartselle; and four sisters, Venita Ray, Yvonne Russell and husband Bobby and Jean Self and husband Jimmy, all of Hartselle, and Brenda Sparks and husband Royce of Birmingham; four grandchildren, Kevin Bowling and wife Karen, Greg Bowling, Jeremy Bowling and wife DeWana and Tina White; and three great-grandchildren, Kristin, Kenzie and Sarah Bowling..

Pallbearers were family members.
