The Raptors won the championship game 2-0 against Valley Football Club 97.

The Governors/State Cup is the State Championship. It was held on two weekends at Jack Allen and Point Mallard earlier this year. This Raptors team was the only River City Raptors team to win state, although several Revolution and Raptors team played in the tournament.

This Raptors team will represent the state in the Presidents Cup this June.
