Funeral for Wyatt Holladay, 78, of Hartselle will be Thurs., Dec. 6, at 1 p.m. at Fairview Church of God with Dr. Milan Dekich and the Rev. Paul Wagoner officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Herring Cemetery.  Visitation will be Thurs., Dec. 6, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Holladay died Sun., Dec. 2, 2012, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born Sept. 7, 1934, in Morgan County to William Guy Holladay and Nellie Ann Holladay. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley V. Doss Holladay in 1998 and his parents. He was an equipment coordinator for the troop #77 Boy Scouts and did volunteer work for numerous agencies. He was formerly employed as a mechanic at Clark Lift of Alabama.

He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Holladay of Hartselle; four daughters, Marsha Hendrix of Birmingham, Phyllis Allen of Springville, Jan Levy of Waveland, Miss. and Julie McGough, of Hartselle; two brothers, Glenn Holladay of Birmingham and Jimmy Holladay of Cullman; two sisters, Sharon Walden of Mt. Dora, Fla. and Sandra Holladay of Orlando, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren

Pallbearers will be Larry Hendrix, Greg Allen, Duke Levy, Rob McGough, Hunt David, Matthew Wyatt McGough, Sam McGough and Ben McGough.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Boy Scout Troop #77 or to Fairview Church of God in Falkville, AL 35622.
