Hartselle High School took time Thursday night to honor its 1984 and 1985 girls state championship teams at the J.C. Pettey Center.

This was the first time many of the team members have been back to Hartselle since they were students nearly three decades ago.

The Hartselle girls defeated West Morgan 41-20 while the boys lost 70-58.
