Falkville’s Lady Blue Devils defeated Athens Bible School Friday 49-22.

Emily Mickleson led the Blue Devils with 11 points. Sydney Moore had nine, Amanda Muse managed six points, and both Lizzie Davis and Bailey Anders added five.

The Devils continued a 10-game winning streak, improving to 13-1 on the season.

The boys varsity also came out with a win and are now 5-7 on the season. Aaron Estes led scoring for the Blue Devils with 16 points and 11 rebounds. Canaan Smith managed 15 points and six rebounds. Travis Cole had seven. Clay Austill finished with four points and Luke Randolph added two.

Both teams will play at home on Tues., Jan. 8, against Vinemont.
