Noma Lee Lawrence

Funeral for Noma Lee Lawrence, 74, of Falkville was Sun., Feb. 10, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Billy Jackson and Bro. Jim Nelson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.

Mrs. Lawrence died on Thur., Feb. 7, 2013, at her daughter’s residence. She was born Dec. 19, 1938, in Morgan County to Fletcher Paris Kirby and Geneva McDonald Kirby. Mrs. Lawrence was a member of Lebanon Church of God at Speake where she was the pianist and the secretary. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Homer Lawrence; two sons, Lamar and Randall Lawrence; a son-in-law, Michael L. Terry, and a brother, Louis Kirby.

She is survived by two daughters, Diane Quick and husband Michael, and Teresa Terry, all of Falkville; two brothers, Troy Kirby, of Russellville and Billy Kirby, of Danville; one sister, Jean Kirby, of Decatur; two grandchildren, Sommer Biltoft and Allen Lawrence; one great-grandchild, Seth Biltoft.

Pallbearers were Robert Higdon, David Kirby, Greg Quick, Roy Quick,

Randy Kirby, and Phillip Nelson.

Honorary pallbearer was Junior Quick.
