McCarley, Bailey to wed

Mike and Robbyn McCarley of Falkville announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Paige McCarley, to Matthew Robert Bailey, son of Jeffrey and Joyce Bailey of Athens.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Joy Coots and Jimmy and Kay McCarley, all of Falkville, and the late John Coots. She is a 2009 graduate of Falkville High School and is currently enrolled in Athens State University, pursuing an elementary education degree. She is working at Encore Rehabilitation as an accountant.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Lowell and Gloria Smith and James and Genell Bailey, all of Athens. He is a 2008 graduate of East Limestone High School and received an industrial automation and industrial maintenance degree from Calhoun Community College and is a job-production engineer technician at Toyota.

The wedding will be June 22 at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Athens.
