Gary Sean Brewer

Funeral for Gary Sean Brewer, 48, of Somerville will be Thur., Nov. 7,at 2 p.m. at Antioch United Methodist Church with Katherine Perkins officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. The body will lie in state for one hour prior to the service.

Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery. Visitation will be Wed., Nov. 6, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Brewer died Mon., Nov. 4, 2013, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born Jan. 11, 1965, in Morgan County to Herman Brewer and Judy Ramey Brewer. He was a self-employed contractor. He loved cars, especially Mustangs. He loved his family and was a very outgoing person. He graduated from Hartselle High School in 1983 and attended Calhoun Community College.

His favorite cousins were Ronnie and Ramona Waddell. He was preceded in death by his father; a sister, Carol Ann Brewer Griffith; and his grandparents, Susie and Elbert Ramey and Lee Roy and Della Brewer.

He is survived by his former wife, Shantel Brewer; and his mother, Judy Brewer.

Pallbearers will be Kenny Duke, Ronnie Waddell, J.W. Duke, Charles Swader, Larry Brewer and Harold Johnson.
