Funeral for Marie Youngblood Roberts, 69, will be Fri., Nov. 22 at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Morrow officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Mt. Tabor Cemetery. Visitation will be Fri., Nov. 22 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Roberts died Mon., Nov. 18, 2013, at Crestwood Medical Center. She was born Jan. 27, 1944, in Morgan County to Willie Ruben Youngblood and Sylvia Annabell McManners Youngblood. She was formerly employed by GTE as a telephone programmer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Lee Roberts Sr. and her parents.

She is survived by a son, Elmer Lee Roberts Jr.; two daughters, Ann Shannon and Sylvia Kay McBride; two brothers, Jesse Youngblood and Ronald Youngblood; a sister, Dolly Hann; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
