Priceville Town County accepted Dinsmore Lot 63 in the Cobblestone Subdivision and approved the hiring of an appraiser and an attorney to handle the legal paperwork at a regular meeting Monday night.

The governing body acted on other matters as follows:

•Approved the payment of November bills totaling $54,680.34

•Approved a clock equipment maintenance renewal fee of $835 for two visits in 2014

•Approved Segars and Company’s auditor’s expense

•Approve expenses for police officers to attend the advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training Course in Decatur. The state requires all police officers to attend the two-day course.
