A Morgan County man was arrested Tuesday after he failed to list his sex offender status on his driver’s license.
According to a press release from Morgan County Sheriff Ana Franklin, Gary Lowell Davis, 61, was arrested and was charged with failure to have criminal sex offender listed on his license. He is being held in the Morgan county Jail on a $2,500 bond.
Davis is a registered, convicted sex offender. He is required to have “criminal sex offender” on his license in accordance with statutes of the Sexual Offenders Registration Notification Act.
Special victims unit investigator Charles Radke assisted by sheriff’s deputy terry jones and charles porter arrested the suspect Tuesday.
