James Arlo Eddy Sr.

Funeral for James Arlo Eddy Sr. 75, of Falkville was Wed., Jan. 8, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Josh Sparkman officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial was in Rescue Cemetery in Morgan City.

Mr, Eddy died Mon., Jan. 6, 2014, at his residence. He was born in Marshall County to Buford and Berta Eddy. He was preceded in death by a brother, Loyd Eddy; and a sister, Leaten Smith.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Weaver Eddy of Falkville; three sons, Arlo Eddy Jr. and Stanley Eddy (Sheila), both of Hartselle and Dennis Eddy of Atlanta, Ga.; a daughter Donna Eddy of Falkville; three brothers, Shirley Eddy and Arnold Eddy, both of Hartselle and Ronald Eddy of Fairview; two sisters, Etna Civils of Vinemont and Sandra Bingham of Hazel Green; seven grandchildren, Melisha Kenney, Kimberly Morrow, Mallory Steel, Nick Eddy, Misty Eddy, Autumn Eddy and Allison Eddy; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Arlo Eddy Jr., Donnie Steel, Justin Morrow, Nick Eddy, Shannon Kenney and Stanley Eddy
