A Lawrence County man is facing harassment and indecent exposure charges after being accused of making inappropriate advances toward a Hartselle female.
Samuel Lewis Wilhite, 30, of Lawrence County was arrested Jan. 7 and charged with three misdemeanor charges of harassment, indecent exposure and trespassing in the third degree. He is being held in the Morgan County Jail on an $8,000 bond.
Morgan County Sheriff’s special victims unit investigated several months of complaints from Hartselle residents.
Investigators identified Wilhite. They believe he is connected with three incidents of inappropriate sexually related behaviors toward a female resident in Hartselle.
