Princess to stage “Grease” special

The Princess Theatre Center for the Performing Arts will present Sing-a-long-a Grease  Sat., Jan. 25, at 7:30 p.m. as a part of the 2013-2014 professional series. The event is especially fun for groups to attend together. The audience is encouraged to dress in 50’s attire, participate in a costume contest and interact throughout the movie.

Got a Bunko group, Sunday School Class, supper club or just a group of friends that you enjoy having fun with? Have we got something fun for your group at the Princess and get your Grease on. Our own Doug Maze will be the host…and if you know Doug at all, you know to expect the unexpected. He will teach you how to hand jive and will keep you in stitches as you sit back and sing along with Danny and Sandy and the rest of the gang.

Wear your best 50’s outfit because there is a costume contest. Are you a Rydell Cheerleader, a jock, Pink Lady for T-Bird? Be there or be square…Grease is the word. It is a brand new sing-a-long version of the classic film Grease (1977) starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John.

Reserved tickets are all $15 and are available at the Princess Box Office, Groups discounts. Call 256-340-17778 or visit the Princess at www.princesstheatre.com
