Montevallo names honor students

The University of Montevallo recognized more than 800 students who achieved honor roll status during the 2013 fall semester, seven of which are from Morgan County.
President’s list honorees, with grade point averages of at least 3.8 on a 4.0 scale, are Emily K. Long and Jordan M. Spinks, both of Hartselle; Anna E. Shelton of Danville; and Rachel E. Klan, Margetta N. Thomas and Joseph A. Tutwiler, all of Decatur.
Named to the dean’s list with a grade point average of 3.5 to 3.8 on a 4.0 scale was Erin V. Ryan of Decatur.
