David Barnett

March 1, 2014 

Funeral for David Barnett, 70, of Hartselle, was Tues. March 4, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Danny Pitts officiating.

Burial was in Hartselle Memory Gardens.

Mr. Barnett died Sat., March 1, 2014, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born Jan. 23, 1944, in Morgan County to Zack Barnett and Gracie Key Barnett. He was the #1 Dad, very loving and a great granddad. Mr. Barnett was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by a son, Alan Barnett; three daughters, Beth Finley (Stanley), Bonnie Barnett, Barb Jarrett; four brothers, Buddy Barnett, Zack Barnett, Earl Barnett and Rayburn Barnett; three sisters, Lucille Brown, Helen Bailey and Ann Barnett; 12 grandchildren, Kenny Watson, David Suit, Ashley Kelsoe, Chris Watson, Keven Finley, Kelly Watson, Derek Roberts, Lonnie Young, Taylor Whisenant, Trea Barnett, Aaron Barnett and Haley Jarrett; 10 great-grandchildren, Brennan Watson, Ellie Watson, C.J. Watson, Brooklyn Watson, Isaiah Bacchus, Natalie Bacchus, Michael Suit, Melanie Finley, Madison Kelsoe and Makayla Kelsoe.

Pallbearers were grandsons.
