David Barnes

Funeral for David Barnes, 41, of Hartselle will be Sat., March 8, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tom Campbell officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Entombment will be in Burningtree Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Visitation will be Fri., March 7, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Barnes died Tues., March 4, 2014, at his residence. He was born Feb. 24, 1973, in Morgan County to Bobby Ray Barnes and Thelma Lowella Graber Barnes. He was employed at Sonoco as a production worker.

He is survived parents, Bobby Ray Barnes and Thelma Lowella Graber Barnes; two brothers, Dennis Ray Barnes of Falkville and James Steven Barnes of Hartselle; three sisters, Cathryn Ann Gullion of Decatur, Sandra Taylor of Decatur and Vickey Lynn Locke of Athens; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Dennis Ray Barnes, James Steven Barnes, Russell Taylor, John Locke, Eddie Baker and Lou Lenzi.
