Funeral for Wanda Jo Witherow, 76, of Decatur will be Sat., March 8, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Bald Knob Cemetery in Lawrence County. Visitation will be Fri., March 7, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Ms. Witherow died Tues., March 4, 2014, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born Sept. 9, 1937, in Morgan County to William Clyde Hampton and Addy Beatrice Sparks Hampton. She was formerly employed by HCA as a financial manager. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by two sons, Robert S. Northrop, Sr., and John Witherow, both of Decatur; three grandchildren, Ben Northrop, Steve Northrop and Ramona Warden; seven great-grandchildren, Brendon, Abby, Madison, Zoe, Ella, Lyrie and Kya.

Pallbearers will be Jay Hampton, Dustin Stanley, Bill Hartley, Dustin Ashcraft, Caleb Lovvorn and Henry Denson.
