Funeral for Jeremy Allen Miller, 26, of Hartselle will be Sat., March 22, at 11 a.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home Chapel, with the Revs. Steve Bateman, Wes Easley and Jess Montegudo officiating.

Burial will be in the Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be Fri., March 21, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Miller died March 18, 2014, at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. He was born April 10, 1987, in Florida to Derek and Lavonda Burnett Miller. He attended First Bible Church in Decatur. He is survived by one daughter, Zoey Miller of Decatur; natural mother, Rachel Elliott of Hartselle; natural father, Derek Miller of Panama City Beach Florida; mother, Sheila Prince (Kenneth) of Hartselle; Father, Eddie Burnett of Tuscaloosa; grandmother, Connie Johnson of Trinity; grandfather, Bill Miller of Panama City Beach Florida; three brothers, Kyle Miller and Christopher Miller, both of Panama City Beach Florida and Trevor Sharpley of Hartselle; three sisters, Olivia Miller of Hartselle; Breanna Miller of Tennessee and Shanna Chamblee of Montgomery.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Rylant, Jason Key, Shawn Sherman, James Zigenfus, Eric Harris, Joe Curtis and David Curtis.
