Jackson Broadfoot of the Danville FFA Chapter won the Morgan County FFA Prepared Public Speaking Contest held at Hartselle High School recently. He advances to the district contest May 2nd at Wallace Sate Community College. Jackson received a chapter banner and a check for $200 from the Morgan County Farmers Federation, contest sponsor. Pictured with Jackson (L-R) are Josh Melson, area field representative for the Alabama Farmers Federation and Jason Fields, Morgan County Young Farmers chairman. Jackson is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Broadfoot. Danville FFA advisor is Sandy Fields.
