A memorial service for Michael David Smith, 45, of Falkville will be Sat., April 12, at 11 a.m. at New Hope North Missionary Baptist Church on Wilhite Road in Falkville.

Mr. Smith died Tues., April 1, 2014. He was born March 29, 1969, to Milton T. and Linda S. Newton Smith. He was a loving and caring man and will be missed by all.

He is survived by his wife, Jeanette Smith; a daughter, Felisha Danielle Smith; a stepdaughter, Brandy Holmes; his parents, Milton “Red” and Linda Smith; two brothers, Tommy Smith and Greg Smith; three sisters, Susie Gerstman, of Hartselle, twin sister, Lisa Sain and Amanda Knott; and grandmother, Lettie Newton Budd.

Pallbearers will be Danny Lynn Whitworth, Johnny Turney, P. J. Whitworth and Jeff Watts.
