Sheriff Ana Franklin said in a press release that the Morgan County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on 17 SE Cryer Road in Hartselle after a lengthy investigation.

Officials said Grantland was armed with a handgun when agents made entry into the residence. After securing the residence, agents located a large quantity of ICE methamphetamine, two handguns, 39 prescription pills, digital scales, marijuana, pseudoephedrine and blue methamphetamine. The Drug Task Force seized a vehicle and $700 in cash.

Franklin said the Morgan County Drug Task Force is working diligently to suppress the networks of ICE Distributors in the Morgan County area and “have made a dent in the networks.”

The investigation is still pending with future arrests possible.
