Dotson, Nelson to wed June 28

Samuel and Tammy Dotson of Hartselle and Olga and Tim Dunn of Hillsboro are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Irene Dotson of Hartselle, to Kyle James Nelson, son of Norman Nelson of Beaverton, Ore., and Jennifer Nelson and Ronnie Shelton of Hartselle.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Olga Gonzalez of Decatur and Gary and Judy Lemmond of Hartselle.
She is a 2011 graduate of Hartselle High School and is pursuing a degree in nursing from Calhoun Community College. She is employed by Kroger of Decatur.
The prospective groom is a 2011 graduate of Hartselle High School and is attending the University of Huntsville majoring in electrical engineering. He is employed by McDonald’s as a manager.
The wedding will be held June 28, 2014, at 5 p.m. at Riverside Cathedral in Decatur.
