Four hurt in two-car wreck
Four people were seriously injured in a two-car collision on Alabama 36 three miles east of Hartselle early Sunday morning.
The crash occurred at 6:40 a.m. It involved two passenger cars, according to a State Troopers report.
Drivers injured were Nina Finamoe, 26, of Toney and J.E. Mullins, 52, of Hartselle. Mullins, who was driving a 2003 Ford, was wearing a seat belt. Finamoe, who was driving a 1998 Ford, was not, according to the report.
Also injured were Jimmy Key, 44, and Bobby Key, 46, both of Hartselle. They were both passengers in Mullins’ car.
The report indicated that Jimmy Key was wearing a seat belt, but Bobby Key was not.
All were airlifted by helicopter to Huntsville Hospital.
