Sweet Tea Saturday goes All-American this weekend

July’s Sweet Tea Saturday will be July 12 in downtown Hartselle.

This monthly event takes place the second Saturday of each month. Stop in and see what Hartselle has to offer, including great shopping venues from downtown throughout the city. Also fill your empty stomach with food from great restaurants here in Hartselle.

July’s theme is All-American, which includes hot dogs, apple pie and cars new and classic.

The Sweet Tea Saturday committee will be grilling hot dogs in the new parking lot on Main Street. Corum’s Building and Supply Center will be furnishing a Green Egg to cook on.

Pig Stand will be selling fried apple pies in the parking lot as well. Eddie Preuitt Ford will have cars and trucks on display in the lot as well. Classic cars will be featured in front of Town & Country Cleaners in the Hartselle Plaza Shopping Center.

Also, the Huntsville Health Systems’ Mobile Medical Unit will also be visiting this Saturday. The medical unit will be parked in the new lot on West Main Street as well.

Stop by the Farmer’s Market for fresh fruits and vegetables while you are in town as well.
