A graveside service for Dorothy Ann Privett, 48, of Athens will be Fri., July 18, at 3 p.m. in Shaw Cemetery in Colbert County with Bro. Clyde Ledlow officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. No visitation is scheduled.

Ms. Privett died Wed., July 16, 2014 at her residence. She was born June 18, 1966, in Morgan County to Lewis Matheny and Mary Staggs Matheny Arnold. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis Matheny and Mary Staggs Arnold; a stepfather, Milton Arnold; a brother, Raymond Matheny; a sister, Betty Matheny Moore; and a brother-in-law, Ronald Taylor.

She is survived by a son, Timothy Rogers of Decatur; a daughter, Heather Forman of Decatur; a sister, Martha Taylor; and one grandchild, Raiden Forman.

Pallbearers will be family members.
