The unveiling of the historical marker for the crash site of the Katy-did bomber was Sat., Aug. 16 on Highway 157 in Massey. Several families of the deceased were honored with a motorcade to the memorial and memorabilia from the crash. Dr. Herman Stringer conducted countless hours of research to have the historical marker dedicated to the site.
