Martha Elaine Camp Winton

Visitation for Martha Elaine Camp Winton, 78, of Hartselle was Tues., Aug.19, from 4 to 6:00 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Winton died Sat., Aug.16, 2014, at Huntsville Hospital. She was born Dec. 29, 1935, in Dekalb County to William Roy Camp and Georgia Alta Mae Smith Camp. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, William Edward Winton.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Winton; a daughter, Karla Winton Gibson (Russ); two grandsons, Jonathan Blankenship (Alanna) and Benjamin Blankenship (Kelli); five great-grandchildren, Chase Blankenship, Madison Grace (Maddie) Blankenship, Ross Blankenship, Emerson Louise (Emmie) Blankenship and Brooks Blankenship; and 11 honorary brothers and sisters, Gene Winton, Carolyn Bess, Wanda Westmoreland, Willodean Bramlett, Peggy Holland, Linda Nichols, Arlon Winton, Kenneth Winton, William Lang, Don Winton and Jay Winton (deceased).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local church in her memory.
