Lady Bulldogs split tri-match at home 

Priceville’s Lady Bulldogs lost to Brewer 25-23, 21-25, 7-15 and defeated Good Hope 25-19,18-25, 15-9 in a volleyball tri-match at Brewer Monday.

Scoring leaders for the Lady Bulldogs against Brewer were Shyanne Stackhouse with six kills and four blocks, Averi Dupont with 12 digs and Amanda Rotermund with eight assists and five digs.

In the win over Good Hope, Stackhouse had seven kills and three blocks, Whittney Clark had 17 digs, Dupont had 20 digs and three aces and Rotermund had nine assists and three aces.

Priceville wins area home match

Priceville’s Lady Bulldogs improved their record to 18-12, 4-1 with a 25-5, 25-8, 25-11 decision over area foe North Jackson at home Thursday.

Leading scorers for Priceville were Stackhouse with 12 kills, Rotemund with 13 assists and five aces and Dupont with nine digs and six aces.

The Lady Bulldogs beat area opponent North Jackson at home Thurs., Oct. 2, 25-6, 25-8, 25-11.

PHS competes in East
Limestone tourney

The Lady Bulldogs played host East Limestone and Athens Bible in a tournament Sat., Oct. 4.

Priceville lost to East Limestone 19-25, 25-18, 15-6 in pool play. Dupont logged six digs in the match.

PHS beat Athens Bible to finish second in pool play 25-22, 22-25, 15-13. Stackhouse had 12 kills and seven blocks on the match. Skinner logged 11 kills and four blocks. Rotermund and Tori Vehrs (returing from an ankle injury) had 10 assists each. Clark tallied five digs.

The Lady Bulldogs played Athens Bible again in single elimination and lost 25-15, 25-21. Stackhouse had five kills and five blocks, Clark had five digs and Rotermund had six assists. Priceville is now 20-15 on the season and 4-1 in area play.

Lady Patriots split
Priceville tri-match

Brewer beat host Priceville two sets to one (23-25, 25-21, 15-7) and lost to Good Hope (23-25, 25-19, 15-13) during a tri-match Mon., Sept. 29.

Morgan Stinson and Sydney Wren led the team offensively with 15 kills apiece on the night. Lyndsey Martin and Hannah Collins had eight and seven kills, respectively. Presley Craft tallied 13 assists, and Brook Childers logged eight. Lexus Brindley finsished with 19 digs and three aces.

Brewer is now 17-11 on the season.
