Kenneth Wiley Cook

Funeral for Kenneth Wiley Cook, 81, of Cullman will be Wed. (today), Oct. 15, at 2 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary Dobbs officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in New Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be Wed., Oct. 15, from 12 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Cook died Mon., Oct. 13, 2014, at Cullman County Long Term Care Center. He was born Feb. 28, 1933, in Morgan County to Wiley Cook and Grace Lorene (Baker) Cook. He was formerly a carpenter for Shoemake Construction. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Cook and his parents.

He is survived by two sons, Clinton Cook of Mississippi and Wiley Cook Jr. of Monroeville; two brothers, Jerrel Cook (Sue) and Johnny Cook (Judy), both of Somerville; a sister, Lorene Barr (David) of Somerville; five nieces; and a nephew.

Pallbearers will be Lemmont Hardy, Houston Lovelace, Ray Bodley, Harlen Baker, Jerry Crofutt and Leverette Blankenship.
