Hall pleads not guilty
Mayor Don Hall has pleaded not guilty to his charge of driving under the influence and now faces a court date of Dec. 16 at 9 a.m. in Limestone County.
According to the Limestone County Circuit Clerk’s office, the plea was entered electronically Wednesday ahead of his arraignment on Thursday.
Hall was arrested after a state trooper noticed that he was driving erratically on Sept. 5. He was charged with DUI, spent the night in jail and was released on bond the following day.
Hall was granted a temporary license, which is set to expire in the near future.
