Funeral for Robert McCaig, 61, of Falkville was Fri., Nov. 21, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Josh Sparkman officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial was in Falkville City Cemetery.

Mr. McCaig died Tues., Nov. 18, 2014, at his residence. He was born Jan. 10, 1953, in Morgan County to William Earl McCaig and Viola Jane Wallace. He was formerly employed by the Co-op as a truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by a son, Will McCaig of Falkville; three sisters, Becky Overton of Hartselle, Betty Holmes of Decatur and Sandra Mason of Falkville; and two grandchildren, Makaela and Alissa.

Pallbearers were Jon Mason, Jeff Mason, Dale Mason, Charles Overton, Will McCaig and David Allan Austin.
