“A Ceremony of Carols,” a musical composition of Benjamin Britten, will be presented by Cantanti della Donna Ladies Chorus at First Baptist Church in Hartselle Tues., Dec. 9, at 7 p.m.

The chorus consists of 20 members with seven of them residing in Hartselle. Virginia Howell, Rebecca Dodd, Becky Tankersley, Earlene Clark and Dana McCutcheon are members of First Baptist Church and Ally Burgess and Samantha Drake are Hartselle High School students and sing with the school chorus.

Hartselle native Charlsa Taul Perdew directs the chorus, Alice Butler is the pianist and Katherine Hoppe-McQueen is the harpist.

The chorus is scheduled to present three performances during the Christmas season.

The public is welcome. There is no charge.
