Funeral for Dorothy Johnson Hudgins, 70, of Hartselle will be Thur., Jan. 1, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Watts officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Vinemont. Visitation will be Thur., Jan. 1, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Ms. Hudgins died Tues., Dec. 30, 2014, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born Jan. 6, 1944, in Morgan County to Buel Lawson Johnson and Mabel Irene Wood Johnson. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by a son, Derek Watts of Decatur; two daughters, Jennifer Watts Grindle, Dahlonega, Ga. and Kathy Watts Tidwell of Somerville; a brother, Cecil Johnson of Irving, Texas; a sister, Diane Johnson of Moulton.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
