irst Baptist Church to hold Swamp John’s fund raiser May 15

First Baptist Church Falkville members extend birthday wishes to Keith Blankenship on May 1, Jacob Walling and Azarizs Brewer, both on May 4, Vernon Ayre Jr., Jeff Davis and Jill Walling, all on May 5 and Eli Teague on May 6.

A Swamp John dinner will be held at Falkville First Baptist Church May 15 from 4 to 7 p.m. The dinner will include fish, shrimp, chicken, chicken combo and will be served with fries, hush puppies and slaw. Pre-sale tickets are $10 and $11 day of dinner. Contact the church office, at 256-784-5827 for tickets.
