Aquatic Center plans opening May 23

Hartselle Aquatic Center is scheduled to open Sat., May 23, at 10 a.m. The regular hours are Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 1 to 6 p.m. Ages 13 and above is $10, ages 6-12 is $8, Seniors ages 62+ is $8 and ages 5 and under is $5. After 5 p.m. the rates are $8, $5 and $3 respectively. Season pool passes can be purchased at the civic center until the aquatic center opens on May 23. Individual passes can be purchased for $100 and each addition in your household is $50. Senior passes (ages 62+) are $75. Hartselle Aquatic Center, for more information and updates.

Registration for Red Cross swimming lessons is also underway. Swimming lessons are for ages 6 months through adult. Ages 5 and under is $45 and ages 6 and up is $50. Session 1 is June 1-12, session 2 is June 15-26, session 3 is July 6-17 and session 4 is July 20-31.

Registration may be made at the Sparkman Civic Center Office from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Slots are available on a first-come, first serve basis.
