A memorial service for Charles H. “Chuck” Weaver, 69, of Decatur will be at St. John’s Episcopal Church Fri., Jan. 22, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Evan Garner officiating and Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home assisting the family.

Visitation will be Fri., Jan. 22, from 1 to 2 p.m. at St. John’s Episcopal Church.

Mr. Weaver died Tues., Jan. 19, 2016, at his residence. He is preceded in death by his parents, William E. and Lillian Wood Weaver; a sister, Brenda Martin; and a grandson, Miles Stuart Hunter.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Lavender Weaver; his children, Michelle Weaver, Brett Weaver (Pam), Robert “Bo” Hunter (Jennifer Vice), Kathryn Hunter (David Cano); granddaughter, Jordan Weaver; two brothers, Billy Weaver (Peggy) of Huntsville, Mark Weaver of Huntsville; and two sisters, Carol Segall of Hazel Green and Susan Wright (Jerry) of Fayetteville, Tenn.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to be made to St. John’s Episcopal Church.
