Funeral for Dave Kamphouse, 68, of Decatur will be Mon., Jan. 25, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Steve Taylor officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Hartselle City Cemetery.

Visitation will be Mon., Jan. 25, 2016 from noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Kamphouse died Thur., Jan. 21, 2016, at Decatur Morgan Medical Center, Parkway Campus. He was born May 8, 1947, in New Jersey to Henry John Kamphouse and Elizabeth Van Maanan Kamphouse. He was a production worker for Terrell Industries. He was also a member of Bethel Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, John L. Kamphouse.

He is survived by his sister-in-law and caregiver, Jackie Kamphouse of Decatur; nephews, John M. Kamphouse, (Jennifer) of Kentucky and Chris Kamphouse, (Karla) of Decatur; and eight great-nieces and nephews.
