Asphalt resurfacing of Nanceford Road is scheduled to begin next Tues., April 12. The work zone will begin at Hwy 31 near the Sparkman Civic Center and continue west for 2.75 miles, to the westerly Hartselle City Limits, near Guy Roberts Rd. It is anticipated the project will be completed within five working days, weather permitting. New permanent roadway striping and traffic control markings will be installed after a two-week asphalt curing time.

Reed Contracting Services of Huntsville will be performing the work. All drivers are asked to slow down and observe the work zone, traffic control devices and flagmen while work is in progress.
