Donald Ledbetter

Funeral for Donald Ledbetter, 78, of Somerville will be Sat., June 25, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James T. Morrow officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Mt Tabor Cemetery. Visitation will be Sat., June 25, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Ledbetter died Wed., June 22, 2016, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born April 27, 1938, in Morgan County to David C. and Evie Bolden Ledbetter. He was an employee of Baker Wood Reels prior to his retirement. He was a good husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his son, Teddy Ledbetter; his parents; four brothers, Herbert, James, Dave and Tom Ledbetter; and two sisters, Betty Dudley and Bobbie Hamer.

He is survived by his wife, Jeanette Frazier Ledbetter of Somerville; a son, Terry Ledbetter (Angie) of Somerville, two daughters, Wendy Key (Robert) of Decatur and Jackie Morrow (Devann) of Lacey’s Spring; two brothers, Grady Mac Ledbetter of Morgan City and Lee Ledbetter of Lacey’s Spring; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
