Perry Lawrence Kine

A graveside service for Perry Lawrence Kine, 92, of Moulton was Mon., Aug. 1, at 2 p.m. at Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, with Geoff Halbrooks officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Kine died Wed., July 27, 2016, at his residence. He was born Feb. 6, 1924, in Pennsylvania to David Kine and Rose Zolkov Kine. He was a life member of the Moose Lodge, Benevolent of the Eagles, a member of the American Legion and the VFW. Mr Kine was also the recipient of the Governor’s Award for the “Red Ribbon Program”. He was employed by Bechtel Engineering as an electrical and nuclear engineer, prior to his retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife Hazel Kine; two sons, Charles S. Kine and Geoffrey Scott Kine (Wendy); one step-son, Daniel J. Pannell; a step-daughter, Glenda Pannell Rea (Michael); a brother, Allen Kine; and one great-grandchild.
