The Chamber of Commerce is looking to further involve it’s members in networking opportunities and recently created the Coffee and Cards idea to allow members to meet and greet.

Hartselle Chamber President Danielle Gibson said she they enjoy supporting their members and looks forward to future events that involve networking between individuals and businesses.

“I am very happy with the turnout for our first coffee and cards event of the year,” Gibson said. “We also enjoy supporting our Chamber members. Warehouse coffee was a gracious host this month.”

Gibson said they try and meet at different times to accommodate different schedules.

“We try to have two networking opportunities in a month,” Gibson said. “Some are lunches, some are mornings and others are at night. We wanted to make sure to provide opportunities for people who could not come at certain times.”

Gibson said there are ample ways to be involved in the Hartselle community and one starts with plugging into all that is going on at the chamber.

“We have many different ways to be involved in the Chamber,” Gibson said. “We have our ambassadors, committees, and tons of events throughout the year. We wanted to add another networking opportunity for our members, so that is why we decided to do Coffee and Cards. We hope to have an even bigger crowd for the next event.”
